Designed for the Taubman Company and in association with Brown McDaniel Bhandari, Inc. in San Francisco, Cherry Creek Shopping Center features an upscale tenant mix consisting of four anchor stores and 134 specialty shops.  The design of this 970,000 square foot regional mall creates an open environment, achieved through extensive skylighting and spacious landscaped courts on two levels. 

A dramatic grand court features an amphitheater with stage area, two glass-fronted observation elevators, and a customer information booth.  The design also provides unobstructed fronts for all the shops with open space in the court areas and connecting concourses.

Attached to the shopping center are two skylit and landscaped parking decks accommodating 3,960 cars.  The unique design of the two decks allows shoppers to enter at the second level of the mall, with four additional access points from the decks and ground level parking.
