Glacier Hills is recognized as the preferred senior living community in the greater Ann Arbor region due to the combination of its luxurious setting and a very high level of care. Its residents enjoy a high quality of life in a continuing care program.

To further improve their living environment, Glacier Hills proceeded with the development of a congregate and independent living community called The Meadows located on the existing Glacier Hills campus. Encompassing 186,000 square feet, The Meadows offers residents their choice of living in a three-story apartment style building with secure parking beneath them, or living in one of 26 one-story villas with individual attached garages.

This new development includes two ponds and a wooded conservation district with walking, picnic and garden areas. The main Meadows building contains 70 residences, a main dining room, a café/grille, private dining facilities and activity spaces to accommodate every personality. The building is situated in a neighborhood arrangement to further community involvement while still recognizing the need for privacy that has always been Glacier Hills’ hallmark.
