This phased building project provides a new corporate headquarters for Primus Financial Services, a company that provides financing for the automobile industry.  Phases 1 and 2 have been completed.   When all four phases of this project are complete, the square footage for the complex will total over one million square feet.

Facilities provided in the project include a computer center, training center, cafeteria for 600 people and a wellness center.
