River Ridge/River Edge Condominiums is a two phased residential development nestled gently into rolling meadow and woodland adjacent to the River Raisin in Manchester, Michigan.

River Ridge was the first phase, located on 10 acres sloping to the north above East Duncan Street. It includes 60 two bedroom two bath units and a 2400 square foot community building. Each of the three unit types has an individual deck or patio, laundry room and vaulted ceilings at upper units. The two story buildings were initially designed as apartments with individual entries for the ground floor units, and brick clad stair towers each serving two second floor units. This design allowed for a straight-forward conversion to condominium ownership.

The community building contains a large activity room with a kitchen/bar, fireplace alcove, expansive windows and deck overlooking a natural pond. It also houses the management office and fitness center.

River Edge is the second phase of the development, overlooking the wooded banks of the River Raisin. There are 18 single story ranch units and 6 two story townhouse units grouped in three and four unit buildings. The two-bedroom ranch units are 1300 and 1700 square feet; the three bedroom townhouses are 2000 square feet. All units have a finished basement option, covered deck or screened porch and two stall attached garage.

The two story buildings, with townhouses in the center and ranch units on the ends, sit along the bluff above the river, overlooking the wooded watershed. Walkout basements provide grade level patios with second story covered porches above.
