The Stony Point Fashion Park is a single story open-air lifestyle center located Southwest of Richmond, Virginia. The center includes three anchor stores, Dillard’s, Saks Fifth Avenue and Galyan’s with a total of 368,000 square feet. Gross Leasable space for other tenants is 270,046 square feet with an addition 32,000 square feet of Restaurants. The tenants include a diversified mix of large and small tenant spaces opening into a park-like setting between buildings.

The mall features an interactive fountain for children surrounded by shaded seating areas for adults. The exterior concourse is divided into two areas. The Park District has lawn areas, concrete pavers and informal plantings while the Promenade has more formal plantings with red brick pavers. Seating, fountains and sculptures are spread through both areas including some found items from the Historic Richmond area.

Hobbs+Black, in conjunction with anchor store architectural personnel and The Taubman Company, planned and scheduled construction to ensure an on-time opening. Hobbs+Black coordinated and oversaw the activities of subconsultants and specialty consultants.
