The Westfield Corporation selected Hobbs+Black for the expansion of The Westfield Shoppingtown Franklin Park in Toledo, Ohio. The 88,300 square foot expansion includes the addition of two new retailers to the mall, in addition to a new open-air lifestyle element and restaurant. A new outdoor component expands and enhances the existing space, with a water feature as a focal point for a pedestrian pathway.
