Hobbs + Black Architects developed a new corporate center for Volkswagen of America that  integrates office and R&D facilities under one roof.  Situated on 38 acres next to the Clinton River, the four-story building capitalizes on the natural light and views offered by the site and provides employees with a comfortable environment from which to work.

The building's two brick and glass wings (one for office space and the other for R&D) are organized around a glass-faced hub, which provides a unique entry-point into the building as well as product display and reception spaces.
