Wellington Green Mall, a two-level regional mall located just west of West Palm Beach, Florida, offers five anchor stores that include Lord & Taylor, Burdines, Nordstrom, Dillard's and JC Penney. The total anchor store area is over 811,000 square feet. Gross leasable non-anchor space is 491,000 square feet. Great effort went into the selection of the small tenant mix in order to serve both the local high-end community and to attract the large seasonal tourist population.

The mall features large skylights throughout the building, a safe play area for children with oversized fruit climbing toys, a foodcourt with inviting seating, convenient staircases and elevators, and plenty of resting spots for weary shoppers.

Hobbs + Black, in conjunction with anchor store architectural personnel and The Taubman Company, planned and scheduled construction to ensure an on-time opening. Hobbs + Black coordinated and oversaw the activities of subconsultants and specialty consultants.
