As Senior Associate and Project Manager, Kreg is responsible for providing outstanding technical and architectural expertise to the project and support for all project team members throughout the entire process. He uses his expertise to work with the Owner and Contractor/CM to develop and monitor budgets and schedules.

Kreg will manage the schematic, design development, contract documents, specification preparation, estimating and scheduling efforts of the project. He has over 15 years of experience with multi-family housing, mixed-use, education, and commercial developments.
