Hobbs+Black is honored to be named
We are honored to be named Firm of the Year at the 2024 REjournals Real Estate Awards. This milestone comes at a pivotal time for Hobbs+Black as we reflect on our legacy and look ahead to the future.
This year has been one of growth and transformation—from leadership transitions to expanding our presence across Ann Arbor, Lansing, Phoenix, and now Detroit. Under the leadership of President Betsy Hobbs Wagner, we continue to build on our history while embracing new opportunities.
We have completed projects across all sectors, including The Sartorius Center of Excellence, New Vision Lansing, McLaren Oakland Oxford, Macomb Community College Advanced Technology Center, and the Kent County Road Commission New Central Complex.
Looking forward, we are taking on projects that will make an even greater economic and social impact, such as the State of Michigan Public Health and Environmental Sciences Lab, The Towers on Grand, Pontiac Recreational Center, new restaurants at Metro Detroit Airport, and the Lansing Public Safety Campus. These projects, and many others, reflect our commitment to innovation, sustainability, and design for the future.
Beyond our work, we continue to invest in what makes us strong—our team, culture, and partnerships. Through mentorship programs, leadership development, and community engagement, we remain dedicated to building spaces that inspire and shape communities that thrive.
This recognition is a testament to our incredible team's hard work, our clients' trust, and our partners' collaboration. Thank you to REjournals for this honor and everyone who has been part of our journey. Here’s to the next 60 years of impact, innovation, and design excellence!
