Restoration Hardware Corte Madera

The Restoration Hardware at Corte Madera Village added approximately 53,000 square feet of gross floor area to the shopping center. The store will have two levels, plus an open-air rooftop courtyard surrounding an enclosed scenery loft of glass and steel. As part of the project, Corte Madera Village acquired and paved the existing gravel parking lot owned by the Town, located north of the shopping center across Redwood Highway.

The building footprint will be approximately 28,000 square feet at ground level. An elevator and grand staircase will provide public access to a rooftop courtyard; another tower will be constructed opposite the elevator tower to create symmetry. Additionally, the store will include a 5,000-square-foot cafe, including a kitchen on the ground or second floor able to seat an estimated 150 patrons.
